Mike was hired as Lead Pastor in November 2014 and brings to Calvary a unique style of Team Leadership and Development. Under Mike’s leadership at Calvary, we have followed a process for healing and transparency. He is a true believer in Team Ministry and engaging people to discover their place at Calvary. He has a heart for discipling and wants to see a movement in Winchester of people discipling other people.  Mike has been instrumental in organizing Upward Sports in our community and bringing together 7 churches who share the same vision of ministering to the kids and families through Upward.  He is the co-author of House on Fire!: A Story of Loss, Love & Servant Leadership

Mike, his wife Kristina and 4 children (Jackson, Reagan, Jonas & Kennedy) are avid Steelers fans but also share the love for UK Wildcats.
