Clean Start Ministry is an endeavor launched by Crystal Hacker, a local dental hygienist with a passion for providing basic necessities for maintaining healthy living to those who cannot afford them. Based in Winchester, KY, Clean Start collects tooth paste, tooth brushes, deodorant, razors, and other hygienic items. These donations are packaged in simple bags and given to individuals and organizations in our community that have need for such items.
